Weight Loss Resolutions — Made Yours Yet?
It is the end of the year, plenty of people may be making their Lose Weight Resolutions or their Weight Loss Resolutions. Have you decided to add this to your list?
For a lot of us (me included LOL), you make the resolution to lose weight, not eat this, not eat that, good to go for a couple of days and bam — there are those wonderful cookies on sale, or you start craving a chocolate cupcake (my downfall).
